1 cup GF rolled oats
2 rice cakes (broken up)
1 cup puffed rice cereal
1/2 cup flaked coconut chips
1/3 cup organic peanut butter or my simple homemade peanut butter
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tbs peanut butter powder (PB2)
1/2 cup applesauce or mashed banana
1/4 cup almond milk (or more if needed)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbs sesame seeds
2 tbs hemp seeds
2 tbs chia seeds
